Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) - Please email helpdesk@loganair.co.uk (from any email address you can access) or raise a Zendesk ticket with IT and include your Staff ID and Mobile Number. The IT Team will send a new password to the phone number provided.
OASES - Commsoft fully manages the Oases software. All Oases issues should be reported directly to them via their ticketing platform, phone or email. To report an issue on the Commsoft ticketing platform, please visit https://aphinity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1. Report an issue over the phone by calling Commsoft on 01621 817 425. To report the problem via email, please get in touch with Commsoft at support@mitgroup.atlassian.net.
NetSuite - Please get in touch with NetSuite by emailing netsuite@loganair.co.uk.
